Go ORGANIC!

Last Summer I decided it was time for me to
get out of the concrete Jungle and head out to see
what our local farmers had to offer.. To my surprise I found just about everything that I needed, fresh fruits, veggies and a whole lot more
This was something that I had always wanted to do but I just didn't make the time to do it, boy am I EVER glad I did it...it really is a neat experience
to be able to ask questions about the food you are
eating,how it's grown and the people who produce it......

montreal- located on MOUNT ROYALE this
bakery has me in AAH- each time I go there.The
bread is always FRESH and the SANWICHES ARE GREAT!

FRESH Produce at the JEAN-TALON Market
MONTREAL.
I was really impressed by the quality of the fresh
Fruits at this Market. All the merchants had their
fruits Beautifully displayed like a WORK of ART
and samples of the fruits were cut up into bite size pieces for the customers to try....

Yamato Japanese steak house is located at 24
bellair ave in Yorkville and how appropriate is the
location because 24 star KIEFFER Sutherland
frequents this spot when he is in town. Also
spotted there having a bite to eat Eric Clapton..
The food in this place is really great.....
